I have a new listing, how does your staging process work?
We know how many moving parts there can be when you’re trying to get a listing ready to hit the market so we keep our process simple!

Provide us some basic info and we can reach out to the sellers to schedule a time to tour the home, some listing agents like to meet us at the home too, totally up to you
*Need a consultation ASAP? No problem!
During the consultation we will walk through the home and photograph all the rooms. During this time we also go over with the sellers all of our recommendations (decluttering, moving furniture, small projects like painting, new light fixtures, kitchen hardware, ect.)
Within 48 hours we send over a Staging Consultation Guide that has room by room recommendations and checklists of what needs to be done in the space
*The guide also includes a comprehensive checklist of things sellers should do to get their homes ready to list
If we think the home needs additional staging help we also include a break down of what we will bring in for each room (furniture, accessories, art, rugs, ect.) and the total cost for the staging
From there we can work with the you and the sellers to schedule the staging installation, typically the day before photos
How much does the consultation cost?
We charge $200 for the staging consultation - this includes the in-person walk-though and Staging Guide.
Virtual Consultations are $150 - You send us a video walk-through of the home and pictures of each room and we will send over the Staging Guide with all our recommendation.
How much is the Staging?
The cost of staging varies from home to home- most projects are in the $800-$1500 range.
This includes the consultation, install, furniture/accessory rental for 30 days, and de-stage.
When is payment due?
50% is due prior to the staging install day and the other 50% is due after the home is de-staged.
When do you remove the staging?
For most listings we leave the staging until the appraisal is done.
Does someone need to be there while you stage?
No, we ask that the sellers are gone during the stage- since we are agents we can get into the home through Supra lockbox or provide us with other details to get in.
